CONDITIONS WHICH CONTINUE TO APPLY UNRESTRICTEDLY.
Medical Services
The pharmacy of the Company
are supplying prescriptions medicines based on a prescription written
by a fully registered and licensed UK or EU doctor. As a precondition
to ordering with us, you have confirmed that you do hold an original
prescription in your name for the ordered medication issued by your
local medical doctor. Based on this, the partner/third party Medical
Doctor Service reviews your order and co-write the prescription
supported by the Medical Questionnaire which you confirm to have
filled in truthfully. The Company cannot be held liable for the
accuracy of the diagnosis, treatment or medication prescribed or the
correct use of the products supplied in accordance with the
prescription and the guidance of the personal physician.
Pharmacy and Product Services
In the EU
the product liability lays fully and solely with the manufacturer.
The pharmacy only takes responsibility for ensuring that the correct
product, in the correct amount and correct strength is supplied to
the correct patient. The pharmacy generally dispense branded original
products; where the patent has expired, the respective generic brands
are also offered; the partner pharmacies only sell pharmaceutical
products that are manufactured by recognized quality brand name
manufacturers that are fully registered and licensed in EU member
states. All products ordered are dispensed by one of the fully
licensed pharmacies domiciled within the UK.
Age
Restrictions
The Company only accepts registrations
from customers or for customers who are 18 years old or over. By
placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18.
Placing an order
It is your responsibility to
check that all your information submitted in your order is accurate
before submitting it to us.
Accuracy of
Information
The Company tries to ensure that all
information, content and colors, are correct at the time of their
publication. However, the representation of colours on your browser
may differ from the actual colours of products supplied. Any
typographical, clerical or other error is subject to correction

Verification of Information

a prescription item from you it will verify the information against
the information provided to us at the time you registered your
profile. Also you explicitly allow the Company to check your
information against a government ID service or any service deemed
appropriate by the Company. In the event that any of the personal,
financial or order information does not match with your profile or
any of the previously provided information, or information checked by
any external third party identification service, the Company may try
to contact you using the information in your profile provided during
the registration. If the Company cannot contact you and its partners
are unable to dispense the item(s) ordered, the Company reserves the
right to cancel the order.
Concluding a
Binding Contract
When the Company receives an order
from you to purchase items from our pharmacy, the Company will
confirm that it has received the order by sending an email to the
address provided by you in your profile. Your order is an offer to
purchase an item and will not be binding on our pharmacy until they
have confirmed to the Company and the Company in turn has sent you an
email to confirm that the order was dispatched containing the item
ordered.
The professional code of conduct of our pharmacy
and legal restrictions may limit the number of any item the pharmacy
is permitted to supply to you. Therefore, neither the pharmacy nor
the Company have any obligation or may not be permitted to supply
quantities exceeding the relevant maximum allowance. In no case you
will be charged for refused excess quantities.
In
addition to the above, the Company reserves the right to reject any
order without providing any reason.
Prescriptions
for Persons Other Than Yourself
If the prescription
is for a person other than yourself, you will need to have the
authority of the person whose prescription it is to have it dispensed
by our pharmacy. By providing the information in regard of the other
person’s health and personal details as well as by placing an
order for another person you confirm that you have their authority to
do so.
Cancellation rights
The Company will start to process your order on receipt of the funds.
If you wish to cancel an order, you should contact us promptly
by sending an email to our customer support. You agree that once the
order is placed and our partner medical doctor service has opened
your files for the review, the Company will have begun the service at
your request and that you will have no rights to cancel the order
under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or
otherwise.
Prescriptions Charges and
Pricing
All prices on this website are in GBP. For
private prescriptions, the charge is included in all the product
pricings displayed on the website. The Company takes care to ensure
that all pricing information on the website is accurate but
occasionally there may be an error. The Company verifies pricing at
its dispatch centre. If the correct price is lower than the price on
the website at the time you place your order, the Company will charge
you the lower price. If the correct price is higher than the price on
the website, the Company will try to contact you for instructions
using the information provided on your order and giving you the
choice of cancelling your order or paying the correct price.
Postage and Packaging Costs
Postage and
packaging costs will be added to the cost of your order during the
completion of the order process before confirming the order and
making the payment. Where multiple items are included in one order,
the Company may dispatch the items separately in which case, you will
only be charged one postage and packing charge.
Private
Prescriptions that are delivered through a tracked service that will
require a doorstep signature are charged at the price indicated upon
checkout and order completion.
Payment
You confirm to be the authorized card holder and is athorised to utilise the card for the purchase of this order. You agree to pay for the applicable postage and packaging charges and any other charges that may be incured for your package to reach you as set out under these terms and conditions. By providing us the payment details you give us the authority and our payment service provider to take the payment in full.
You as the paying customer also confirms and agrees to make the transactions on card as the sole card holder entering the card details in the payment window yourself. The card processing may occur immediately at the point when the order is made or any time within 24 hours provided it is a UK working day, however the merchant will only charge the card when the order is approved by the doctor/ pharmacist and the goods have been shipped.
Non-Receipt
of Order
If you place an order and the Company does
not receive the relevant order, it will not have any liability to you
and it will be your responsibility to contact us within 7 days
regarding your order.
Non-Availability/Suitability
of Products
If any of the items on your prescription
are not available, or are not suitable for dispensing through this
service, the Company will try to contact you, using the information
in your profile provided during registration or updated at a later
stage. The Company tries to have sufficient stock of goods to meet
demand but occasionally, items may be out of stock or unavailable
from our suppliers. All items offered on this website are
subject to availability. If any of the items on your order are not
available the Company may send a substitute of the ordered goods with
the same specification.
Delivery of Fulfilled Prescriptions
Prescription medicines will require a doorstep signature. All items are posted to the address provided by you in your registration or to an alternative address if directed by you. You acknowledge and accept that the Company has no control over the postal system and the Company nor any of its partners have no liability in respect of items that are not received by you after they have been dispatched. You acknowledge and accept that items will need to be signed for on delivery and authorize any person at your chosen delivery address to sign for the items as your authorized representative. In the event that the packaging is opened after delivery, the Company will have no liability to you for lost or damaged items or for what third parties find out about you as a result.
The Company aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours (72 hours over weekends) after receipt of your funds to the address provided by you in your order. Delivery timescales are estimates only. If you do not receive your order within the time periods stipulated in the Delivery section of the website, you must notify the Company and the Company will investigate the late or non-delivery provided you cooperate with the investigation.

As the user, you are responsible for compliance with the laws and other legal provisions applicable in your country. This includes the paying of VAT, Duty or Taxes if applicable.
UKpharmacymeds or any of its associated companies it works or partners with are not liable for the latter. Any user of the service ordering medication outside of England agrees to mandate a courier or a company to pick the medication or parcel on their behalf to be delivered to them. We will not deliver outside England, however we can assist the user to schedule a pickup.

Notification of Errors
You should check the items dispensed to you carefully and promptly
upon receipt. If you believe there may have been a dispensing error,
