What is Asthma? How can you treat it?

Asthma is a disease of the airways; in this, the patient feels it difficult to breathe due to the narrowing of airways. This narrowing usually occurs due to the inflammation in the air passage. In patients, this condition usually gets worse.

Obesity – Obesity or overweight has a strong bond with asthma.

Stress – Stressed people are at higher risk of asthma.

Genetics – You can also face asthma because your genes carry it. If one of the parents has asthma, there are 25% chances of passing it to the child. If both of the parents have asthma, these numbers may increase up to 50%.

Treatment of Asthma

There is not a specified treatment of asthma. However, there are some of the treatments that can control the condition of asthma.

You can use allergy medications because if you have asthma allergy can worsen your condition. Doctor’s may also prescribe you inhalers. You need to know that the treatment depends on the situation and type of asthma.
